Six of the units are 90 sq/m and the others are studio apartments of between 42 – 62 sq/m all units are within sight of the sea (2min walk).

Details:

• Six units-90sq/m sleeps five. They include two bedrooms, one bathroom and one half bath, an open plan living room, equipped kitchen with a fireplace plus television. The units are air conditioned and have open areas outside for relaxing.
• The other ten units which are studios 42-62sq/m have an open plan sitting/kitchen plus a loft. The loft sleeps two and the lower level two more. The kitchen is fully equipped. All units are air conditioned and with a television.
• The flats which are on the ground level have a sun room. The ones that are on the 1st level have a fireplace and very big verandas.

Both indoor and outdoor areas of our units allow for privacy and relaxation.

Marmari(Mani)

Marmari is 2km from Porto Kagio and 4 km from Vathia.

The flats/apartments/units in Marmari, Mani are for sale. These units all offer a panoramic view of the sea and a breathtaking sunset which a visitor can enjoy from the big verandas or by the pool. The original structure on this land were built in 1850 and fully reconstructed in 1997.

• The ground level unit, has a rock face as part of the integral design of the flat. This stone wall feature helps ensure a constant stable temperature inside the flat year round and gives an atmosphere of primitive shelters. This unit has an open plan kitchen, living, dining area, three bedrooms and full bath. It sleeps seven and is 120sq/m.
• The second unit is a studio 50sq/m with a domed ceiling. It is an open plan which includes sleeping, sitting area and fully equipped kitchen plus bathroom. The studio has a double bed and two single couch beds. Also a big veranda to enjoy the view. As well as an air conditioner and television.
• The third unit is a studio plus loft 50 sq/m and sleeps five. This unit is the tower and has an enormous balcony with a view to the sea where you can watch the sun sinking into the sea. It provides a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, air conditioner and television.

The pool is available to all units but if visitors wish they can take the path down to the sandy beach and swim in the clean waters of the sea.
